Izzy is a co-founder and principal at Conscious Customers, where she leads the firm’s Customer Success program and Audit and Assessment practice. Izzy led the DEI program for the top performing division of Wework, including design and execution of the company’s first supplier diversity program. Previously, she worked in Asset Management as a Relationship Manager and in the International business expansion sector. Izzy holds a Bachelor’s in Managerial Economics from Bentley University and received a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University as well as a Certificate in Supplier Diversity Management from the University of Central Florida.
