Why Supplier Diversity is Right for Biotech DEI

We are honored to be part of MassBio’s 2023 DEI conference in Cambridge’s Kendall Square. Our focus is helping companies add supplier/vendor diversity to their DEI plans and in a way that lifts their culture and engages employees. We have learned a great deal about the sector while helping Alnylam, Synlogic, Cerevel, Sage and others and here are some things worth sharing:
